A few days ago I had an conversation with one of my friends. We were talking about mathematics, at one point I made the claim that math could be looked at more as an art than a science. My friend was strongly opposed, calling math the most pure science of all.
I was wondering what the r/math community’s views are on wether math is more of a art or more of a science ?
