Tutoring Math to Children

Hi, I volunteer as a math tutor children (usually age 6 to 12). Many of them have learning difficulties, and of course, covid19 doesn’t make the situation better. I always try to break down concepts by using stories/images/drawings. I really want each of them to succeed and gain confidence in mathematics. Any ideas, thoughts, resources for children?
