I’m french and I’m currently studying to become a math teacher, and I wondered how do other country teach maths.
France is known to be at a very low level in math, I can see it here when I don’t understand half of what is talked about, and as a soon to be teacher, I’d like to know why.
When do you learn about exponential ? And logarithm ? How do you learn about integrals ? Do you built the Riemann integral first, or is it just a catalogue of definitions and properties ? When do you first do linear algebra ? Is there stuff you learned but found way to difficult/easy at your level ?
